Ex-vivo Simulator for Advanced Upper & Lower GI Procedures

• ENDOSIM developed a series of cutting-edge models for advanced therapeutic simulation  endoscopic procedures: the EASIE-R series.
• The EASIE-R5 is the newest version with its novel feature of allowing the use of upper and lower GI specimens in the same simulator.
• Specimen inserts can be changed from upper to lower GI configuration and vice versa
• Special inserts are available for the simulation of ERCP and cholangioscopy.
• The EASIE-R5 can be used with any commercially available or prototype endoscopic devices.
• It provides a realistic training or R&D testing simulation experience comparable to performing the procedure in a real patient.
• The Endogen adapter allows the use of the Endogen synthetic insert for ESD & POEM

• The Neo-Papilla™ was designed by Matthes and Cohen as a modification  of porcine ex-vivo simulators [Matthes K. and Cohen J. Gastrointest Endosc 2006 Oct; 64(4):570-6]
• Chicken heart tissue, attached to the duodenum with our proprietary NeoPapilla adapter, allows the performance of multiple sphincterotomies in the same ex-vivo specimen.
• Interventional ERCP techniques can be performed by using common endoscopic devices with simulated fluoroscopy with our proprietary fluoroscopy camera setup.
